Reporting a wrong date
This is the message we most want to get. Include the product, the branch, and where the correct date is published. A vendor page beats a recollection. Dates sourced directly from a vendor get fixed in the next daily build; dates that come from the upstream dataset take a little longer, since the fix belongs upstream.
Requesting a product
Tell us the product and, if you know it, where the vendor publishes lifecycle dates. Whether it can be added depends entirely on that: some vendors publish a clean table, some publish a blog post, some put it behind a support login. The data sources page explains what makes the difference.
API and integrations
The API is public and free. If you're building something on it and need a field that isn't there, say so. That's the kind of request that shapes what gets added.
